Since its creation, La Maison Metsens has been committed to sustainable development, reduced environmental impact, animal life, balanced nutrition, and the pleasure of the senses.
Because all tastes and sensations are based on nature, it’s natural to offer each client a choice from among a wide range of organic, vegan, and vegetarian menus.
Our commitment : our menu “cocktail party choices” has gone from 8 % to 20 % vegetable matter. We offer an entirely vegan meal box.
